Colle Mare – Pinot Grigio DOC Venezia Spumante Brut ORGANIC: coppery reflections and a very fine perlage

🥂 Colle Mare – Pinot Grigio DOC Venezia Spumante Brut – ORGANIC. 0.75 l bottle.

As well as giving this sparkling wine its characteristic brilliant coppery reflections, the cryomaceration process extracts from the skins all the aromatic substances typical of Pinot Grigio. It is characterised by aromas of walnut husk, toasted almond and wisteria, and by a dry, savoury taste with fresh acidity. Extremely fine, intense and persistent perlage.

In the Veneto, in the Lison Pramaggiore D.O.C. district, it was introduced around the middle of the 20th century.
