Salami is a typical excellence of Venetian tradition and, in tradition, the fresh one is seared in a pan and served with polenta and mushrooms. Made in the Riviera del Brenta, it is a salami to be cooked.

It is a natural sausage WITHOUT additives WITHOUT chemical preservatives: minced pork with only salt and pepper added, stuffed exclusively in bovine casing.

Behind it lies great attention to the feeding of the animals and their well-being, a distinctive feature of the farm that raises with love and passion the pigs used to make its cured meats.

Good practices and tips:

👉 Store in the refrigerator at +4 °C wrapped in kitchen paper towel, preferably placed in a paper bag and kept in the lowest fruit and vegetable drawer of the fridge (ideally do NOT store in a plastic bag or vacuum-packed in the fridge)

👉 packed and shipped vacuum-sealed

👉 The oxidation of the product once it has been cut and comes into contact with the air is typical of a natural product free of preservatives and chemical additives, and does not compromise its organoleptic characteristics.
