Extra virgin olive oil - Rasara

• To the eye it is an intense golden yellow color with green reflections, clear; to the nose it is ample and strong, rich in notes of mown grass, artichoke, chicory and balsamic hints of mint, rosemary and thyme.
• Its taste is harmonic, with hints of black pepper, chicory and almond. Bitterness and pungency are moderate and well balanced, with a slight prevalence of bitterness.
• It can be used in a wide range of dishes and its characteristics can be appreciated on a piece of bread. It is excellent raw on boiled meats, in risottos and in any warm winter dish.
