Single origin 100% Arabica

Single origin Arabica with an aroma of honey and vanilla and an aftertaste of chocolate and caramel, grown in the Meseta Central of Costa Rica between 800 and 1,400 metres above sea level and harvested by hand only when the fruit is ripe (picking).

Costa Rica is the only country to have prohibited by law the cultivation of quality coffee other than the Arabica variety.

In the cup it is the perfect combination of acidity and sweetness, of body and bitterness.
Unique for its bold notes of chocolate and caramel, enriched by the pleasant presence of toasted bread, honey and vanilla.
